Fixplus Wedge, is a Tile Levelling System that consists of wedge and spacer clips. Manually applied but with the exception of last crimping proccess that is used by its special plier to level tile edges. Application is easy and practice. To generate different grout gaps the system includes spacer clips in different dimensions from 1mm to 4mm. The wedges are reasuable and applicable with all size of spacer clips. Used for wall and floor tiling applications with material thickness from 3mm up to 15mm

After laying the first tile on adhesive the clips must be placed to the sides of it with their flat faces equal to the base. 

Go to the next tile after placing the clips underneath that. According to tile dimensions, it might be neccessary to place two or more clips on every side of that.

Averagely, it is recommended to place one clip on every 20cm of each side.

Wedges should be fixed into clips’socket by compressing manually and be avoided any breaking.

Levelling process must be completed by compressing wedges through the adjustable plier.

Removing is easy as much as laying proccess. Wait till the end of a required drying period and be sure that the wedges are ready to be removed from the application surface. Recommended drying time to wait is a little bit more for large and deformed tiles. By this way, tile deformations such as concavity or convexity can be minimized.

For removing the wedges from tiled surface must be used a rubber hammer to avoid any damage. The wedges can be removed kicking softly with foot also.

 Be sure that you must hit the wedges on direction of tile joints. Because of their reusable design the retained wedges must be kept.
